Terms of purchase.

MiniForge sells Apple Mac mini M4 computers that have been professionally prepared with OpenClaw pre-installed, configured, and tested before shipment. You are purchasing physical hardware along with the preparation and configuration work that makes it ready to use.

OpenClaw is third-party software. MiniForge is responsible for the installation and configuration of OpenClaw, not for the ongoing development or support of OpenClaw itself.

New MiniForge systems may be offered as preorders when hardware is not currently on hand. By placing a preorder, you are authorizing us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase. The estimated ship window is displayed at checkout and on the product page — currently approximately 2–4 weeks.

We will do our best to meet stated timelines. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you. If you no longer wish to wait, email us and we will arrange a cancellation and full refund.

Refurbished MiniForge systems are built on professionally sourced refurbished Apple Mac mini M4 hardware. This hardware has been inspected and is in good working condition. MiniForge applies the same preparation, configuration, and testing process to refurbished units as to new units.

Refurbished units are not Apple Certified Refurbished products. MiniForge is not affiliated with Apple.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. MiniForge does not store payment card details.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated ship windows are displayed on the product page and are measured from the time your order is confirmed, not from the time of checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee and the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Contact us before shipping anything back.

MiniForge's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Software behavior, model availability, and third-party integrations may change over time and are outside our control. We make no warranties about the ongoing behavior of OpenClaw or any models it runs.

MiniForge is an independent business and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Apple Inc. Mac mini and Apple Silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to Apple products are used solely for descriptive purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.
