Terms of purchase.

The AI Agent Fit Review is an async written review for one workflow. The deliverable is a recommendation packet that covers the first practical AI path, risks, boundaries, and next step.

The review is not implementation, account setup, staff training, emergency support, or legal/compliance advice.

The recommendation depends on the information you provide in the intake. If the intake is incomplete or inaccurate, the recommendation may be limited.

MiniForge may ask for clarification asynchronously if the workflow cannot be reviewed from the intake alone.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. MiniForge does not store payment card details.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

One purchase covers one workflow. New workflows, implementation, additional strategy, or support require a separate scope.

MiniForge does not own your accounts, approvals, daily operations, employee decisions, customer communications, or AI system outcomes.

MiniForge does not guarantee savings, accuracy, uptime, performance, compliance, legal suitability, security posture, or a specific business outcome.

Software behavior, model availability, pricing, and third-party integrations may change over time and are outside MiniForge's control.

Refund handling is covered in the Refund Policy.

MiniForge's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. MiniForge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a recommendation, tool, or third-party service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
