Terms of purchase.

MiniForge provides Mac sourcing guidance and local AI preparation services. When you purchase a sourced system, you are purchasing physical Mac hardware along with preparation and configuration work that helps make it ready for local AI use.

OpenClaw is third-party software. MiniForge is responsible for the installation and configuration of OpenClaw, not for the ongoing development or support of OpenClaw itself.

Mac availability changes quickly. MiniForge confirms the current hardware configuration, source, estimated ship timing, and final price before fulfillment.

If a significant delay or price change occurs before fulfillment, I will contact you. Reservations may be cancelled before fulfillment. To cancel, email hello@miniforge.tech with your order number.

Refurbished MiniForge systems are built on professionally sourced refurbished Mac hardware. This hardware is inspected and must be in good working condition. MiniForge applies the same preparation, configuration, and testing process to refurbished units as to new units.

Refurbished units are not Apple Certified Refurbished products. MiniForge is not affiliated with Apple.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. MiniForge does not store payment card details.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

I currently ship within the United States only. Estimated ship windows are displayed on the product page and are measured from the time your order is confirmed. See my Shipping Policy for details.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in my Return Policy. Contact me before shipping anything back.

MiniForge's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Software behavior, model availability, and third-party integrations may change over time and are outside my control. I make no warranties about the ongoing behavior of OpenClaw or any models it runs.

MiniForge is an independent business and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Apple Inc. Mac mini and Apple Silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to Apple products are used solely for descriptive purposes.

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.
