How MiniForge handles your information.

When you buy a review, MiniForge collects your name, email address, payment confirmation, and the workflow details you submit through intake.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. MiniForge does not store your full card number.

MiniForge uses your information to process the order, understand the workflow you asked about, write the recommendation packet, and respond to order-related questions.

MiniForge does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private legal files, regulated data, or sensitive customer data unless we have separately agreed in writing that it is needed and safe to handle.

The Fit Review does not require live account access by default.

MiniForge may use services such as Stripe, email, form tools, hosting, and review tools to process and deliver the review. Those providers have their own privacy terms.

MiniForge sends transactional emails related to checkout, intake, delivery, and clarification. You are not added to a marketing list without explicit consent.

MiniForge keeps order and review records as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, support-window, and legal reasons. To request deletion where possible, email hello@miniforge.tech.
