How we handle your information.

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to complete that transaction: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to help us respond and, where relevant, to assist with your order.

We use your information to process your order, communicate about shipping and fulfillment, and respond to any questions or issues. That is the extent of it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy. MiniForge does not have access to your full card number at any point.

Your shipping address is shared with the carrier responsible for delivering your order. This is necessary to complete fulfillment and is the only context in which we share your address with a third party.

We will send you transactional emails related to your order: order confirmation, shipping notification with tracking, and any follow-up needed to complete your order. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

We retain order records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and accounting purposes. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we'll handle it where doing so does not conflict with our legal or accounting obligations.

Our site may use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with the page. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities. We do not use advertising trackers or remarketing pixels.
