How MiniForge handles your information.

When you buy an AI Possibility Map, MiniForge collects your name, email address, payment confirmation, and the business details you save or submit through the intake.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. MiniForge does not store your full card number.

MiniForge uses your information to process the order, generate and quality-check the personalized report, deliver it, and respond to questions.

MiniForge does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private legal files, regulated data, or sensitive customer data. Describe sensitive categories and risks without pasting the underlying data.

The AI Possibility Map does not require live account access.

MiniForge uses service providers for payment processing, hosting, database and private file storage, transactional email, and AI-assisted analysis. Saved intake answers and report files may be processed by those providers solely to fulfill the order. Those providers have their own privacy and security terms.

MiniForge sends transactional emails related to checkout, intake, delivery, clarification, and inquiries you submit. You are not added to a marketing list without explicit consent.

Unfinished intake answers are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the latest successful save. Submitted intake answers and generated report content are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery or the last active report step. Limited order, payment, delivery, and accounting evidence may be retained as reasonably necessary for business, fraud prevention, tax, and legal records.
