Return policy.

We want you to be satisfied with your MiniForge. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the system must be returned in its original condition, with all included items.

Restocking fee

Because each MiniForge is professionally prepared and configured before it ships, a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers the preparation, configuration, and testing work that goes into every system.

The restocking fee is deducted from your refund. The remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for items lost in transit.

Condition requirements

The system must be returned in the same condition it was received. Systems with physical damage, missing components, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for a full refund, or may be subject to an additional fee.

How to start a return

Email hello@miniforge.tech with your order information and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please do not ship a return without receiving instructions first.
