Refunds for async review work.

If you purchase the Fit Review by mistake and have not submitted intake, email hello@miniforge.tech with your receipt. I can cancel and refund before review work starts.

Once intake is submitted and review work has started, the order is generally not refundable because the work is custom to your workflow.

If I cannot complete the review for a reason on my side, I will either refund the order or propose a clean alternative. You are not paying for silence or an abandoned packet.

The review does not guarantee savings, accuracy, uptime, legal/security/compliance coverage, or that an AI system should be built. A recommendation to wait before building is a valid outcome.
