Before custom work starts
Email hello@miniforge.tech with your receipt. We can cancel and refund your order before custom work begins.
After custom work is completed
Completed custom work is generally nonrefundable.
If we cannot finish
If MiniForge cannot complete the AI Possibility Map promised in your order, we’ll refund the order.
What we cannot promise
The AI Possibility Map cannot promise savings, leads, revenue, accuracy, uptime, legal or security coverage, or a certain result after something is built. Sometimes the right answer is to get clearer or wait.
