Return policy.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The system must be in the same condition it was received — original packaging, all included items intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned system, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of receipt.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Use a trackable shipping method — we cannot process a refund for a return lost in transit.

If your system arrives damaged or has a hardware defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it — replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Systems must be returned in the same condition received. Systems with physical damage caused after delivery, missing components, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.

Email hello@miniforge.tech with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Do not ship a return before receiving instructions.
