After checkout, you answer questions about the business. We email the PDF within 1–3 business days after your answers are complete.

The purchase covers the custom report tied to those answers. Calls, hands-on building, hardware, software setup, and ongoing help are separate.

We send it to the email used at checkout unless we agree on something else in writing.
