How and when we ship.

New systems are built on brand new Apple Mac mini M4 hardware. Because we source, prepare, configure, and test each unit before it ships, the current lead time is approximately 2–4 weeks from the time your order is confirmed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your system has shipped.

Refurbished systems are prepared from professionally sourced refurbished hardware that we keep in stock. Because the hardware is already on hand, ship time is significantly faster — approximately 5 business days from order confirmation.

The preparation and testing process is identical to new systems.

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship from Washington State.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within the expected window, reach out and we'll check on it.
