How fast can you turn around a batch of 20 units?
Typically 7 to 14 days door to door, depending on RAM target and sourcing channel. Sourced via Apple Refurbished + Back Market + B&H + Amazon Renewed in parallel. Much faster than the 10 to 12 week Apple new-direct lead time.
Can you handle pre-installed local AI on all units?
Yes. Same prep that ships on every MiniForge Mac, applied across the batch. OpenClaw + Ollama, starter models, smoke-tested, onboarding notes. Or skip the prep and ship factory-reset so your IT team provisions. Same batched sourcing either way.
What about returns or defects?
If a unit doesn't match the spec we agreed on at delivery, I refund or replace that unit. Standard 14-day return window per the rest of the lineup.
Why not buy direct from Apple business?
Apple Business handles new-direct only. Currently 10 to 12 week lead times across the M4 lineup. If your timeline is “this quarter,” sourced via B2B refurb channels is the only path that actually delivers. I do the legwork across four channels to land identical configs on a real timeline.
